I will respond with item adoption fee, shipping cost and I will be more than happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
If a bear's page says "Reserved", it means that a commitment has been made, but payment has not yet been received. You are welcome to let me know that you are interested in that bear, and would like to be contacted if something happens.
All of my one of a kind bears in my Bear Gallery have already been adopted. If you see there a bear you like and wish to commissioned something similar, please let me know.
To be notified of newly available creations, please join my mailing list! I would be happy to adding you to the list! My mailing list is private, and is not shared with outside parties.
~~ SHIPPING ~~
I ship worldwide unless otherwise requested with Registered Priority Mail (with advice of delivery and delivery to address in person) within 2 days after receiving payment, weekends and holidays excepted.
Shipping to EU countries takes about 3-5 workdays.
Shipping to North America, South America, AU and other countries takes about 5-10 workdays.
Buyer pays for shipping and is responsible for any duty, taxes or fees incurred by their country.
Please contact me by e-mail to determine shipping charges for international destinations.
I am happy to offer a delivery discount if two or more bears are purchased at the same time, to travel together.
No bear will be shipped without full advanced payment.
~~ RETURNS ~~
I want you to be delighted with your "adopted" bear. I do provide a guarantee for a full refund (excluding shipping) if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase.
Item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it. Bears returned for refund must be in original condition, packaged safely & securely in his/her original packaging, free from all odors and should be insured.
Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.
Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Layaway items are not returnable.
~~ LAYAWAY ~~
Layaway is a free service for my collectors. There is no handling or service charge for layaways.
1/3 payment within 7 days after ordering a bear (unless other arrangements are made in writing), 1/3 - 30 days after, and the final third, 30 additional days after that. The final payment will include the postage. Your bear will be sent to you after the final payment is cleared.
NOTE: Layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and items purchased with layaway are not returnable.

Please make payment within 7 days after ordering a bear.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment due to ease of use and safety. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you don't expose your credit card number to merchants. Go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions.
You can also pay via Bank Transfer to my bank account.
Payment must be received in USD or EUR.
